About Us
Matthew J. Duncan is a lifelong resident of the City of Alameda. He has been practicing law in Alameda since 1982, and opened his own office in 1991. Matt is a member of the State Bar Trust and Estates Section, the Alameda County Bar Association, Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Section, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
