Special Announcement from the Attorney:
After 41 years of practicing Matthew J. Duncan is in the process of retiring from the practice of law, and winding down his practice.
We expect that the wind down will be completed by June 30, 2024.
We are in the process of sending letters to clients of the firm of our plans with information about the client files.
We are not accepting new clients.
For clients whom we are currently representing in an active matter, we intend to conclude the representation before the practice is finally wound down.
We will be maintaining our office through this process but the office will not be open every day so please let us know when you wish to come to be sure we will be open.
